For Independent Data Services (IDS) a number of of modifications were applied in the SugarCRM Professional Edition.
The Quotations module was customized to generate a standard quote with fixed groups and items just on a single click.
There is a customized MS Word integration that allows the user to create MS Word documents from the Quotations and Contracts module. The users can then do manual updates to the document if required and send it over to the clients.
