OVERVIEW

 

For Precidia Technologies, SugarCRM is highly customized for Quoting, Order Processing and Invoicing.

Being a hardware vendor, every unit needs to be tracked properly and all data should be maintained in an easily accessible way. This is achieved through MAC ID tracking in SugarCRM and in the shipment system (NetVu) along with view and search customizations for easy access.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is fully implemented within the Order Processing workflow.
